iT1 Solutions was founded in July of 2003 for the purpose of helping South Carolina’s small and medium businesses with their IT. The company functions as an IT department for each of their clients. They have the ability and knowledge to handle everything from a broken mouse to more technical services such as cloud computing.
iT1 Solution’s specialties range from network security, installation, and troubleshooting to desktop and server support as well as cloud computing services. They are able to offer the most up-to-date VoIP phone services and help to determine the best phone and internet services for their clients. Some of their other key services include cloud computing, software and hardware support, advanced wireless setup, and exchange email hosting. All of these services are offered through iT1 Solutions’ managed IT services and are uniquely tailored to each client’s needs.
The owners, Scott Timmons and Conrad Geiger, first met while taking part in Microsoft Certification courses. They take pride in the company’s focus on relationships and quality and strive to put their clients first, addressing needs and issues proactively and in a timely manner. Scott and Conrad, along with the iT1 Solutions’ team, work to customize each of their services to fit their clients’ needs.
The team at iT1 Solutions actively researches technology and the latest trends in both their industry and their clients’ industries. They believe that they must understand how their clients work in order to understand what technologies and services are best.
Despite being a technology-based company, iT1 Solutions works to make sure that every client understands what is occurring with their IT. The company desires to educate their clients and help them better understand their technology. iT1 Solutions’ ultimate goal is to maintain their clients’ satisfaction. Scott Timmons
Scott Timmons grew up in Chapin, SC where he continues to live and participate in the community. He became interested in IT when he first experienced the technology of 3D renderings. This interest in technology gradually grew to the point where he went back to school in order to pursue a degree in Computer Programming. After graduating from Limestone in 2000, he began his career in technology. He is an owner at iT1 Solutions, where his primary focus within the company is maintaining strong relationships with each client. Conrad Geiger
Conrad Geiger began his career in technology at a very young age when he began coding and developing websites in middle and high school. He went to high school in Lexington, SC where he participated in Cross Country, Basketball, and Track. After high school, Conrad attended Lander University for Computer Science where he was part of the Lander President’s Leadership Academy. He is an owner at iT1 Solutions where he specializes in research and development for new products and services.
